Not all Social posts go on LinkedIn, less engagement time spent here 2026 Update: LinkedIn is managed at equal levels to other accounts.
The Hive can assist Joanna with her Personal LinkedIn page, suggesting Business Page content ideas that can be cross-shared as well as strategy & engagement tips
Post Volume: Up to 10 posts per month, including a mix of short-form videos, graphics, and photos — all created by us PLUS we'll act as your Content Creative one-stop-shop for any photos, videos you take. Simply send us the files and we'll take it from there!
Story Strategy: Up to 2 stories per week, using engagement stickers & prompts and/or local business content to nurture your audience and encourage interactions
Optimized Captions & Hashtags: Custom copy and optimized hashtags each post. This is more than just copy writing- it's SEO for Social Media.
Account Engagement: Responding to comments, DMs*, and tags to maintain visibility and connection with our audience PLUS Outreach Engagement with other accounts to increase brand awareness and grow your brand (top-of-funnel strategy)
Engagement Notes:
*DMs: We will work with you to develop a response template for DMs so your team can follow up with leads appropriately
Hive won't mention, tag or otherwise publicly endorse any specific senior community/client placement location. Will monitor for any comments made by communities- IF this happens, The Hive will screenshot, delete and send to Joanna to address
Hive won't ask for reviews, we will leave this to Joanna and team to communicate with happy clients for these (Google and Facebook reviews preferred)
Analytics Reporting: Monthly reporting with insights on engagement, reach, and overall performance + top posts insights

2026 Update: The notes below are from initial contract setup. For consistency purposes (due to platform migration) I am leaving these notes here but they are no longer applicable. Content buckets are working well, new B-Roll filmed 3.2026 + Anniversary Event footage.
*Please note- The first 4-6 weeks of Phase 2 will focus on working with you for Content Buckets- meaning, the type of content you like to make, what you have access to during your "day to day" (ie happy client photos, behind-the-scenes). Posts will ramp up during this timeframe.
For example: Q&A carousels, Community Event highlights, Local Business, Service Provider highlights, "Myth Busting" series etc are all ideas we can explore together.
This will be important so we can understand what type of content will be client-provided each month and estimated volume for planning Hive-created content needs.
The whole goal of our approach would be to authentically tell your story and educational information so that those who are looking for what you have to offer can find you-- rather than trying to "get likes" and please an algorithm.
