A personalized marketing support plan designed to expand reach, deepen engagement, and drive visibility across social accounts, SERPs and sales.
Platform Management: Content management across up to 5 platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube) + LinkedIn (Light*)
*LinkedIn content focus is mentor highlights and TeachRN® original content (the "curated content" won't be shared unless it's content created by a TeachRN mentor) Less outreach engagement time spent than main platforms. Ok'd to develop LinkedIn Newsletter Series for TeachRN (2026 timeframe start after project setup completed & systems in place)
Post Volume: 10-15 posts per month, including a mix of short-form video, carousels, graphics, and/or photo posts
Story Strategy: Minimum 3-5 stories per week (FB/IG + TT), based on mentor/curator relationships to boost cross-posting potential and mentor recognition incl. tags, mentions, stickers+
Account Engagement: Outreach Engagement: Heavy top/middle-of-funnel strategy to focus on growing TeachRN® brand recognition and nurturing relationships with platform mentors + content creators. Also includes engagement on TeachRN® content, DM replies + spam comments check/removal.
Content Creative Including:
Mentor Spotlight Overhaul:
Replace "Mentor Spotlight Graphic" Reels with more engaging and better quality content pieces that are multi-purpose, multi-platform friendly.
This process would include connecting with TeachRN® mentors via email to obtain social handles, permission to potentially reshare (appropriate) content they create that aligns with our social content strategy + quality photos for Spotlights etx.
Mentor-Created/Affiliate-Style Content Plan: Will provide support for your recently-shared idea of Mentor-Created content that highlights their services on the platform (ie NurseDosePodcast was mentioned as a potential relationship for this)
These items will also be integrated into the Ads Management for additional reach and traffic/sales to the website
Light creative or fine-tune editing can be provided as needed
Custom Review Spotlights: Develop branded, engaging Review Spotlight content to highlight strong reviews from the TeachRN® platform
Engagement & Experimentation:
Content Strategy Updates:
Expand beyond current "repurposing only strategy" into testing new content formats and posting styles for growth. This could include Mentor Spotlight photos, short-form videos, collabs and mentor-created content reposts prioritized over better-targeted educational re-purposing content, etc
Tarted engagement efforts (in addition to "general outreach") focusing on growing the relationships between TeachRN® and its mentors on social, including potential collaborations, takeovers and other high-yield campaigns
Enhanced cross-promotion with CSPA including (as-appropriate) tagged collaborations, story-sharing and mentor content positioning to enhance reach/use of paid content creative
Ads Expansion:
While TeachRN’s paid ads are already steady and successful, we’ll strengthen them by weaving in the new content streams outlined above*:
Mentor-Driven Creative: Incorporate mentor-created reels, reviews, and spotlights into ad campaigns to showcase "real nurses, real results" for increased sales opportunities
Content Repurposing for Ads: Select the best-performing organic posts and adapt them for paid distribution to maximize reach and ROI.
Cross-Promotion with Influencers: Boost influencer-created reels or affiliate-style content through paid campaigns, ensuring best reach/engagement opportunities + boosted sales potential
*In addition to some budget testing while in "high interview season" that's already in process as noted in Asana 8.30.25
