TW | Monthly Social Media Marketing Services Retainer
Custom Buzz Package: Tina White 2026 Update
Content is planned and batch-created in advance to keep everything consistent and running
smoothly while maintaining a lower operating price (this is crucial):
● Monthly content planning and organization across three social media channels
○ Facebook, Instagram (primary)
○ YouTube (secondary, 2nd largest search platform)
● Advance scheduling of posts* with light SEO/AEO caption optimizations
○ Up to 12 posts per month per platform
● Engagement on content, DMs and added outreach as permitted**
*Limited Adjustments: We will leave space in the content calendar to add-in SRES events as
those are planned, but content must be received at least two weeks in advance to ensure it
can be posted on time. Once planned and/or scheduled, the content calendar cannot be
rearranged (barring an emergency within reason.)
**Engagement Notes: Please understand that things like researching accounts (for social
handles when tagging sponsors, event partners etc) takes added time, so post quantity and/or
engagement opportunities may vary month to month based on business needs. Additional
projects like pinned post updates, calendar changes or additional creative requests may also
impact this availability.
Hive Content Focus
The Hive's priority focus is on content that can be referenced over time on both social media
and by SERPs/AI Outputs. This acts as a compounding effect doubling the impact of all that is
shared. We also look to confirm that the content is relevant to the audience and can be
scheduled "after filming" (since content is planned and scheduled in advance).
Content Themes:
● Evergreen reels (SRES, Buying and Selling Smart with Tina)
○ These are scripted to strategically answer SEO and AEO questions, allowing you
to appear in Search Results and AI Outputs more frequently
○ Heavy caption writing focus on these reels too
● “Tina’s Tips” style content
○ Like the Thursday Day in the Life CE Credits Reel or Tuesday Tips Thinking of
Selling This Year
○ Also great for SEO and AEO measures with the right caption framework
● Hometown Highlights (local businesses and community highlights)
○ A big reason for people to follow your account
○ Great for local SEO and AEO opportunities
● Listing-related and market-based content (ie Top 500 Producers posts)
● The Feature or Flaw themed posts started late 2025 have been performing really well
and are a very original/unique content style not being done a lot online
○ Getting more of these would be great to focus on when touring listings
This type of content helps build reliability and trust, while also being welcoming to new
followers or potential new clients. It's set up to work well for SERPs and AI Outputs,
keeping your brand future-ready, too.
Real-Time Content (Best Posted by You)
Some content performs best when shared in the moment, directly from you- like the Eastwick
Farms “Love where you live” neighborhood content. Everyone LOVES to see a dog on social
media, but with the snowy weather in the footage it makes it hard for us to schedule on a future
date.
These types of posts feel more natural and immediate coming from you and complement the
planned content we create by showing "Tina behind the scenes". I’d be happy to share tips with
you so that you can post once across both platforms to double your reach without doubling your
efforts.
Again moving forward we are really shifting our focus to quality content, community/human
connection, and long-term visibility across social media platforms as well as search and AI
results (a big shift from before).
We will really need to ensure minimal adjustments and rearranging of content- I know that things
come up and emergencies are understandable, but the only way I can make this pricing work is
if I am able to execute it in batches.
I'm happy to review this with you if you have any questions!
