What began with marketing luxury apartment communities grew into managing approximately 100 social media accounts for golf resorts and hotels across the country.

An existing social media presence is not required. However, if your pages and profiles still need to be created or significantly set up, we will determine case by case whether additional setup support is needed before your subscription begins as initial page and profile creation are not included.

Yes, in the way that makes sense for your business. Sometimes that means writing the way you speak. Other times, the business needs a voice of its own. Either way, your content should feel like it belongs on your page not like it came from a generic template.
We review the first batch together and adjust anything that does not feel right before publishing begins. We will keep listening and making refinements as we work together. If we give it several honest tries and still cannot create content you feel good about, I would rather release you from the rest of the contract than keep you in a service that is not the right fit.

Before we start publishing, we will review your first batch of content together and make any needed adjustments. After that, you will not need to approve content every month. I will use what we established together, my professional recommendations and the results we are seeing to guide the content going forward.
If, after several good-faith attempts, we still cannot create content you feel good about having represent your business, I would rather release you from the remaining months of your plan than keep you in a service that is not the right fit.
